When a late-night call came in, Tech-AD India got to work, setting up five LG signage displays in banks across Delhi-NCR. Some installs were easy, but others had blocked ports and missing network connections. Despite the hurdles, our team worked fast and smart to help businesses keep things running smoothly.
One way Tech-AD India Network Solutions strives to establish itself in Delhi-NCR’s IT industry is by serving as “Service Partners of Sales Teams” across the board. If you are an IT equipment manufacturer or a channel partner of an OEM, you can rely on us for installation and post-installation services.
We received a call late at night—around 10:30 PM—requesting the configuration of five LG signage displays at five bank branches across Delhi-NCR: Ghaziabad, GK 2, Connaught Place, Rohini, and Pitampura. The request came from a client based in West Bengal.
Locations Covered: Delhi-NCR: Ghaziabad, GK 2, Connaught Place, Rohini, and Pitampura.
Earlier that evening, we had already scheduled our technicians to be in Dwarka for network cabling work. The cabling assignment was for a logistics business client who had subscribed to our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). We never compromise on the quality of work for our AMC clients. However, we also recognise that other IT businesses should be able to depend on us in times of need.

At around 11 PM, we had an internal on-call discussion and decided to take on the job. We committed to completing the installations at four Delhi locations and scheduled the Ghaziabad setup for Saturday. To manage the workload, we brought in Asim, a technician who frequently collaborates with us and also writes for our blog—be sure to check out his posts.
The installations at Pitampura and Rohini went smoothly. When our Tech-AD technician arrived, the displays were already set up. Our role was to connect the displays to the media players and link them to the bank’s network. The media players were connected to the bank’s servers to display advertisements. We had valuable assistance from engineers on the client side, ensuring seamless service management.
However, at the other three locations, things didn’t go as smoothly. At one branch, the media player couldn’t connect to the network due to a blocked network port caused by the bank’s firewall. Resolving this issue required intervention from the bank’s IT team, which in turn needed approval from the regional team. The same issue arose at the Ghaziabad branch.
At the fifth location, there wasn’t a working network port near the TV. We explored alternative connection options and even offered to install network ports as needed. However, since this was beyond the scope of our assignment, the bank’s IT team will be handling the issue. We may be assigned the task, if needed.
By the end of the day, we submitted a report to the client. It was a job well done.
We have unwavering confidence in our ability to tackle challenges, even under tight deadlines. Most importantly, we take pride in supporting businesses like ours, fostering collaboration and strengthening the industry together.
